art is a striving towards connection.

I share my experience, because it's too much to hold inside.  I share my experience because there might be love or knowledge or light  in it and maybe you need that.
I am an expressionist. My work is deeply personal. My work is deeply emotional. Everything I create is born from life experience, mine or someone else's. What I see grows inside me until it demands expression; through poetry,  through music and performance, through visual art. Any medium at hand; the important thing is to express the conceptual in a more physical form and to do it to the best of my ability.

I write. 

Any and everything. Poetry, novels (still trying to finish one), and songs. I've been a musician and writer since childhood so I have an extensive body of work that I'm still working through. 

I perform. 

 I love the energy of the audience, I love moving them and feeling them move me. I  cry out my pain or my anger or my joy and feel the audience respond with their own particular and beautiful energy.

I paint.

I throw colors at paper or wood or canvas or anything I have in my studio. I feel and try to get the paint to feel with me or at least to show what I feel. 

I photograph.

Wherever I see beauty. Or pain. Or truth. Or a lie that shows itself. 

I just want you to see what I see.
